Test Kit Orders

Same-day shipping applies to all orders placed before 2:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out the following day, including weekends. Once processed by the courier, transit typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. We are unable to replace or return any kits that are returned to the sender due to the following:

• Incorrect/unknown address

• Rejected by receiver 

Any test kit deemed “lost in transit” by the courier service is eligible for a replacement by our test kit partner. Customers must claim the lost item within 14 days of the order date. 

Test Kit Results

All kits include a pre-paid 3-day shipping label for sample returns. Your samples begin processing as soon as the lab receives them. Once you’ve returned your samples, your Wellness Report will be available 5-7 business days from the lab final processing date. Please note that you must complete your Lifestyle Assessment to see your complete Hey Freya Wellness Report.
