Refund policy

The following policies apply for purchases made through heyfreya.co. Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any refund, cancellation, or replacement. For a refund, cancellation, or replacement product eligibility from purchases made on heyfreya.co, customers must provide proof of purchase.

Please email our Customer Care Team at hey@heyfreya.co for prompt service and provide your order number. 

Supplements

  • Given our products' curated and personalized nature, we cannot offer replacements or exchanges for supplement orders. If you feel we have made a mistake, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at hey@heyfreya.co about getting your correct order.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your supplements order, please let our  Customer Care Team know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll give you a full refund by emailing hey@heyfreya.co.
  • Orders received 31 days or older are not eligible for any refund.
  • hey freya cannot accept returned/unused vitamins or supplements. We ask that you properly dispose of any product you do not wish to use.

Test Kits

  • If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your order. Please contact us at hey@heyfreya.co with your order number to request a cancellation. Test kits are shipped the same day unless placed after 2:00 pm EST. 
  • Orders 5 days or older and orders where test results have been released are not eligible for refunds.
  • In all cases, Hey Freya cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you receive your order and do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you properly dispose of the test kit.  
  • If you've purchased multiple kits for a discounted rate and are no longer interested in one or more of the kits, we're happy to honor a refund based on the above guidelines. 
  • All test kits must be registered and returned to our partner lab within 3 months of purchase. In addition, unregistered kits expire after 3 months. Any samples delivered to the lab after this time will not be processed. We are unable to provide a replacement kit due to expiration.
