Get started

Your cortisol rhythm isn't generic. So the solution can't be either.

Across hundreds of cortisol profiles we’ve tested, no two daily rhythms are the same. Different patterns need different interventions — and the wrong supplements can make symptoms worse.

The Cortisol Reset Plan starts with at-home cortisol testing, so your supplements are chosen to address the highs or lows in your cortisol rhythm.

Frequently asked questions

Is it covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?

Most insurance plans do not cover the Cortisol Reset Plan but it is HSA/FSA eligible. We offer simplified HSA/FSA payments through TrueMed.

What is cortisol and how do you measure it accurately?

Cortisol is a hormone produced by your adrenal glands that plays a key role in how your body responds to stress. It helps regulate energy, blood sugar, inflammation, metabolism, immune function, and your sleep–wake cycle.

We use a diurnal salivary cortisol test, which measures cortisol levels at multiple points throughout the day. This shows not just how much cortisol you’re producing, but when you’re producing it - providing a clear picture of your unique cortisol rhythm.

What does the cortisol test involve?

You’ll complete a simple, at-home salivary cortisol test taken at 4 points throughout one day. This provides a clear picture of how your cortisol rises and falls from morning to night.

What happens after I take the test?

Your results are analyzed and summarized in a personalized cortisol report, explained in plain language. Based on your profile, you’ll receive targeted supplement and lifestyle guidance designed to support your specific rhythm.

Are supplements included?

Yes! Your profile-specific supplements are included for the duration of your Cortisol Reset Plan.

When will I notice results?

Many people notice improvements in sleep, energy, and stress response within a few weeks. Full cortisol recalibration happens gradually and is validated with your 100-day retest.

Can I go to my PCP for the same information?

Standard medical care will often do a blood cortisol test to rule out specific diseases. Their reference ranges are set to alert when cortisol reaches critical levels. They do not offer nor assess diurnal salivary cortisol patterns.

Changes to mood, sleep, energy, and libido are often addressed with prescription medications unrelated to adrenal health.

Why do I need to test anything? Can’t I just start with supplements?

The Cortisol Reset Plan starts with data. We use clinical-grade testing to measure your cortisol rhythm across the day, then create a personalized plan based on your unique results - not generic stress advice or trend-based supplements.

Do you offer medical advice?

Reset is a wellness program and does not include medical advice.

Is it right for me?
